Bright and refreshing with a slight effervescence, our Little Dry is blended to highlight the natural characteristics of the crisp, fresh apples from which it is made. 

7.1% ABV

Our English Dry cider is dominated by bittersweet  cider apples which bring to it rich full tannins and an astringent finish.

6.6% ABV

Our Schoolhouse is a full juice apple cider infused with fresh ginger which adds a spicy warming finish.

7.2% ABV

Joe’s Shack is a full juice apple cider infused with fresh pressed BC Rhubarb which brings to the cider both a vibrant acidity and earthy notes.

6.5% ABV

This cider is made by co-fermenting dessert apples with BC cranberries to give the cider a tart fruitiness. We then aged the cider with American Oak staves to add some body the finished cider.
